Arush Gupta, CEO of Okaya Power Group, spearheads the company's advanced battery and power backup solutions using cutting-edge technology. Since his appointment in 2016, Gupta has driven Okaya's expansion across APAC, Middle East, and Africa, establishing a strong international presence.
The company's diverse battery portfolio includes tubular, flat plate, gel, and lithium-ion batteries, catering to various applications. In addition, Okaya Power Group offers a comprehensive range of power backup solutions, including inverters, UPS systems, and solar products, to fulfill customers' energy requirements.

Rekha Gupta, Director of Okaya Power Group, contributes extensive finance and management expertise to the leadership team. Dileep Joshi has over 30 plus years of HR leadership experience across Indian and multinational organizations. He brings deep expertise in organization and culture building, talent management, succession planning, learning and development, employee engagement, and HR digitization. In his most recent role as Global CHRO at EPL, he led HR operations across 10 countries, managing a globally distributed HR team and driving the rollout of standardized HR systems, including SuccessFactors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Joshi held senior HR leadership roles at Essar Shipping Ports & Logistics, Piramal Glass, ICI Limited, Herdillia, and Godrej, where he led large-scale HR transformations, workforce restructuring, industrial relations, and cross-border employee transitions. His leadership focus is on aligning people strategy with business objectives, strengthening leadership pipelines, improving workforce productivity, and building sustainable, high-performing organizational cultures.

With 34 years of experience in leading enterprise IT, digital transformation, and technology-led business change across global manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, and services organizations. He has held senior global CIO roles, including leading IT strategy and operations across 11 countries, supporting a workforce of over 3,500 employees and revenues exceeding USD 400 million. His work spans large-scale SAP HANA migrations, global ERP consolidation, cloud-based HRMS and CRM implementations, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and shop-floor digitization, delivering standardization, scalability, and measurable operational efficiencies. Having operated extensively in matrixed, multi-cultural environments, he has also advised technology and product organizations on go-to-market strategy, system design, and cost optimization. His leadership focus is on building resilient, scalable technology foundations that directly enable governance, customer experience, and sustained business performance.
